eXPERT CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION DELIVERS BETTER PROJECT RESULTS
The knowledgeable team at Integrated Consulting provides support during construction for a stress-free experience.
Construction administration plays a vital role in delivering the civil engineering plans into the real world. Offering a resource for the contractor to confirm proper execution of the design, construction oversight from Integrated Consulting ensures that the project is built according to the documents and adheres to budget and quality standards.
Acting as the owner’s representative, Integrated Consulting offers key support during the construction process. Our team coordinates with the building contractor to review submittals and respond to requests for information (RFIs). This allows the contractor to have expedient information regarding suitability of materials and equipment, clarifications on design questions, and specific technical information to avoid construction delays.
As part of our construction management services, we provide site inspections and observations at critical phases of the process. One of the most important stages of construction is the installation of the Post-Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) system. Because the PCSM is critical to lessening environmental impacts during and after construction, important features include stormwater basins, infiltration trenches, vegetative swales, and rain gardens. Ensuring the proper installation of these systems is critical to prevent construction delays, possible fines, or permitting issues.
acting as the owner’s representative, integrated consulting offers key support during the construction process.
Having the Integrated team on-site during installation of the PCSM allows inspections to occur in real time, and our team can provide the necessary as-built drawings and certifications that are required to show the system was constructed exactly to the plan. Additionally, while the Integrated team is on-site, our staff can verify that the structural, geotechnical, and paving work is completed according to the approved drawings.
When owners work with Integrated Consulting, they know our team is acting on their behalf. As their representative, we see the project through to the final punch-list. Our team has the professional and technical background to guide a project through regulatory requirements, unforeseen site conditions, scope changes, and documentation for long-term use of the property. Additionally, we act as good stewards for the community. We want to ensure that every project our team is part of leaves the community better for the future.
