Elliot specializes in urban development, commercial, residential, and stormwater management with considerable depth of expertise in sustainable strategies for the natural environment. His projects range from small-scale streetscape revitalization efforts to large-scale mixed-use and community developments. Elliot typically presents projects, prepares proposals, reviews and analyzes township ordinances, and performs construction observations on most projects.

Elliot holds dual degrees from the Pennsylvania State University in Geography (BA) and Landscape Architecture. He is a Registered Landscape Architect in Pennsylvania.
