Justin oversees the daily operations for the Land Development/Engineering, Building Design, and Real Estate development projects. With nearly 25 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and site development, Justin has worked with both private sector and government agency clients to bring projects from thought to reality.

Justin holds an Environmental Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University with a focus on water, wastewater, and hydrology, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
