That is why we are excited to add Land Surveying to our array of in-house services.

Joining our staff in October, Todd Lyons, PLS will lead the Land Surveying efforts of our team. This crucial service will define property lines and give accurate information about the shape and features of a property to guide design plans. Our Land Survey service will determine the exact property boundaries, measure all land features, provide important data for compliance with zoning and building regulations, and support architectural and engineering efforts during development of the property.

Todd has been working in the industry since 1987, starting as a Surveyor’s Assistant while attending Penn State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State, majoring in Structural Design & Construction Engineering Technology with a minor in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Todd is a Professional Land Surveyor registered in Pennsylvania. He was also the Land Surveyor from June 19 through June 26, 2011, for the television show Extreme Makeover Home Edition for “The Keefer Family.”
