As a civil engineer, Zane manages subdivision and land development projects for a variety of commercial, institutional, and residential developments. He is adept at stormwater management design and maneuvers through the NPDES permitting process. Zane is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a BS degree in Environmental Systems Engineering, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer.
